Economy Service Program
The Economy Service Program offered exclusively by Midwest Laser Specialists, Inc is our most popular service option available for one annual flat rate charge per machine. Under this plan, the customer will receive two preventative maintenance cleanings per year at no cost. Preventative maintenance will eliminate 50-65% of all service calls throughout the year. The customer will also receive a 25% discount on any parts installed during the contract period. If service is required at any other time during the contract period, the labor rate is reduced from $99 to $55. Customers under the Economy Service program will also take service priority, with same day/next day response time. This contract offers all of the benefits of a fixed rate contract, without the large upfront costs! Every office can benefit by making a small annual commitment.
Premier Service Program
Similar to our Economy Service Program, for just one flat rate charge per machine you have the access to two preventative maintenance cleanigs per year at no cost. Preventative maintenance will eliminate 50-65% of all service calls throughout the year. The customer will also receive a 25% discount on any parts installed during the contract period, plus ALL pickup and feed rollers will be installed at no charge! If service is required at any other time during the contract period, the labor rate is reduced from $99 to $55. Customers under the Premier Service program will also take service prority, with same day/next day response time. Premier Service customers also receive special reduced pricing on all OEM and compatible toner cartridges and 35-50% discounts on refurbished Hewlett Packard LaserJet printers.

our remote monitoring collection agent, providing us with a constant view of your
printer fleet allowing us to monitor printer usage, toner levels and printer
errors. All of these features allows Midwest Laser to take a proactive
stance and emilinate potential downtime of the printers.
