Whether you are located outside our service area, or prefer the cost savings of a “send in service”, we offer fast, high quality, printer repair service.
Midwest Laser Specialists now offers a Drop Off Repair Service as well! Schedule your service online then bring your printer to our store for the same fast, high quality printer repair service.
Our trained and certified technicians, will provided a quick 1 to 2 business day turn around on your desktop laser printers. Simply pack it up and ship via your preferred carrier, and we will diagnose your printer's problem and contact you with permission to proceed with the repair. The repair is made for a flat $39.99, regardless, of the complexity of the repair, plus parts, if required and authorized by you.
This service gives the small home based business a cost effective alternative to more expensive on-site service. The large corporate account with multiple locations benefits from this program too, as we become their nationwide repair center. We can maintain your surplus printer inventory, or repair inventory, having replacement printers in our warehouse staged and ready to ship to your branch offices in the event that their equipment goes down. The branch office receives their replacement printer, and simply forwards their defective unit off to us for repair and re-inventory.

Sending in your printer for repair?? Please remember…………………
- Pack your printer in a heavy-duty carton. Be sure to add abundant packing material to protect
your printer during shipment.
- Ship via the carrier of your choice. We suggest United Parcel Service. Don’t forget to insure
your printer for full replacement value.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs, to and from our facility.
- In the case that a printer is diagnosed, but the owner chooses not to proceed with the repair
the customer understands that they will be charged a $25.00 diagnostic fee, plus return
shipping costs. The diagnostic fee will be waived if the customer elects to purchase a
replacement printer from Midwest Laser Specialists, Inc.
