The Driver for the Printer was in my order, your invoice 1131, but was NOT in either box.  You Tech support gave me the HP website where I could get the Driver. HP no longer has it available. Shipped it back, after receiving authorization. WHY WOULD YOU SAY A DRIVER WAS INCLUDED BUT FAILED TO DO SO?????
